Who we are

This site is run by The Chimaera Company LLC, Atlanta, GA. You can reach us at contact@chimaeraco.dev.

What we collect

When you write to us. The contact form asks for your name, email address and a message, and optionally the name of your business and its current website. The nonprofit application also asks for your organization, its EIN, a contact name and role, phone number, website and your goals. We use this only to reply to you and to run the work you ask for.

When you visit. We log a page view with the page address, the site that sent you (the referrer), any campaign tags in the link, your browser’s user agent, and a random session ID. The session ID and the source that sent you are kept in your browser’s local storage so we can connect a message to the pages you looked at first. We do not use advertising cookies, and no third-party analytics or ad scripts run on this site.

Who handles it

The site is hosted on Vercel. Form submissions and page-view logs are stored in a database run by Convex. Email to the address above is handled by Microsoft 365. These providers act as our sub-processors: they process data for us under their own terms. We do not sell your information.

Your choices

Clear your browser’s local storage for this site at any time to drop the session ID. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email contact@chimaeraco.dev and we will respond to the request.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
